Physical capacity can decline due to exercise, illness, or surgery. We aim to objectively monitor the recovery process using data.

    To do this, we use data from activity trackers and heart rate variability (HRV). In collaboration with hospitals, we are studying recovery after esophageal cancer surgery, as well as recovery after exercise in healthy individuals.

    By quantifying recovery, we hope to support faster and safer return to health.
